Former USD 405 teacher, coach, and administrator Bob Wedel will be inducted into the USD 405 Education Endowment Association Hall of Fame at a ceremony at the CKTL track meet at the LHS Wheaton Track on Tuesday, April 29 at 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Wedel taught math at LHS 1968-1971. He was the assistant high school basketball coach 1967-1968 and head high school basketball coach 1968-1971. He was the assistant track coach from 1967-1969. Bob served as LHS principal for 25 years, from 1971-1996.
Mr. Wedel was inducted into the Kansas Teachers Hall of Fame in 2017.
