ServSafe Food Handler Certification provides consistent food safety training to employees. The certification covers 5 areas: basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination and allergens, time and temperature and cleaning and sanitation. He has one more match today to determine the 5th and 6th places, top 6 players qualify for state. Nice job Fred!
