Our Lyons Middle and High School is blessed with a Giving Closet to meet the needs of our students. There are lots of organizations that make donations throughout the year. This last week, King's Cross Church donated 30 coats for students in need. We also received a grant from South Central Community Foundation of $2000 to stock the bins with body wash, shampoo, toothpaste/brushes, and other personal hygiene products, as well as clothing items for PE.

LMS WINTER HANGOUT
WHEN: It will be Friday, Dec. 16th from 7-10
COST: $5 to enter.
ACTIVITIES: There will be ball games in the gym, a video game room, social hangout room and music, plus a concession stand with snacks and drinks for purchase. All money raised will go into the 7th grade class fund for field trips, reward days, and supplies.
LMS students eligible to attend have no failing grades, no missing work, and have had no suspensions since Nov. 28th. Those ineligible will be personally notified prior.
